The creamy guacamole had its already delicious flavor elevated by the sweet pea, and the crunchy sunflower seeds had a great texture. This was also given to us on the house, so it was a nice touch. 8/10

The tuna was made into delicate spheres which enhanced the texture and flavor. The crispy rice added a great textural contrast and the whole dish was well-planned and perfectly executed. 10/10

The salad was very light and refreshing. The grapefruit added a bit of acidic which balanced out the sweetness and earthiness of the beets. Great flavors and pleasant textures. 9/10

The octopus was indeed charred well, and the crispy potatoes had a soft and fluffy interior. The sauce was a little spicy and smoky, which was wonderful with the octopus and potatoes. 9/10

The filet was tender, but not as tender as expected. The garlic broccolini and mashed potato worked well with the sour and spicy chili sauce for more depth, and the sour and spicy sauce gave the filet so much flavor, which is what it usually lacked. 8/10

The habanero-lime sauce worked so well with the snapper, making it fresh and acidic. The snapper was flaky, meaty, and crispy. Bright and flavorful dish. 8/10

The umami of the rice was amazing. The smoky and crispy chicken skin complemented the rice so well, and the lemon provided just a touch of acidity to round out the dish. 10/10

The cake was not what I expected at all. The outside was crumbly and airy: a shell for the melted chocolate inside. The lightness of the outside layer worked really well with the heavy melted chocolate inside. The contrast of temperatures between the ice cream and the molten chocolate was wonderful. 10/10
Final Review: The fresh and bright food in this restaurant was amazing, and no visit here is complete without their habanero sauce. It was very spicy and delicious. The service was amazing, and the gesture of the guacamole being on the house was great. The atmosphere was also really nice, with a relaxing outdoors area and warm dining room. 10/10
